The office of Clear Creek OBGYN has permanently closed as of 10/24/2025. As well as our Labor and Delivery Services at Sacred Heart Hospital which closed as of Monday 10/27/25.

Your medical records will continue to be available to you. To access your Clear Creek OBGYN clinic medical records, contact the MRO Corp at 610-994-7500. To access your Sacred Heart Hospital medical records, you can log into your MyChart or contact Release of Information at 706-389-3360.

If you have insurance, please contact your insurance provider to confirm which practices and hospitals in the region are in network with your plan.
